Art Reproductions
Creating an art
reproduction is a multi-step process. You can take all three steps or stop at any one step. The initial high
resolution scan is the most important part of the whole process.
The Art
Scan:
The Art Scan gives you the
following:
A high resolution digital scan is created of your original artwork,
burned onto a CD and ready to be proofed. We use a BetterLight Super 6HKS digital scanning back to
create your scan. This is equivilent to a 150+ Megapixel camera. You get a copy of the CD and we keep a copy on
our computer
The cost for the scan process is $50.00 for first original submitted. Additional pieces are discounted to
$35.00 each when submitted with the first.
The Preperation and Proof Process:
Your digital file is proofed with
our Ring Around Process. The proof is submitted to you to make a choice of the best color and density. When you
make your choice an 11x14 inch image is printed for your approval. You get a copy and we keep a copy. All future
prints are matched to this approved print.

The cost for proofing process is $55.00 when you give us a digital
file.

When you have your art scanned and proofed at the same time the cost is
$85.00 for the first piece and $70.00 for each additional piece of art.
When your are ready to start a production run we use the following prices for your

All prints come with a standard 2" border. Price is calculated on
the printed area only, not the border.
*Canvas: A 2" border is added to the print size so it can be stretched on a 3/4" stretcher
bar.
**Gallery Wrap Canvas: A 3" border is added to the print so it can be stretched on a 1 1/2"
stretcher bar.
All stretcher bars are custom built in our wood shop.
***Printed Border: If you are going to hang your canvas art without
a frame we can print the 3" border with a solid color.
If your art is a different size than shown on the list, use the
Square Inch pricing structure. Multiply the height times the width to get your total number
of square inches, then multiply that number times the per square inch price under the
substrate you want your art printed on.
